ABOUT US: We are a distributor of mapping products and English geo-science books from the major publishers of China. Located in Beijing, the capital city of China and the host city for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games. We welcome inquiries from map and travel stores, bookstores, libraries, and other commercial and educational organizations. We do compile a paper catalog every year, and you can contact us if you would like to receive our latest edition. We offer mail-order service for overseas clients, and customers in Beijing can also purchase maps and books directly through our bookstore in Tianshuiyuan.

ORDERS: You may place an order via mail or email. For government organizations and Libraries, payment can be made after receiving the maps and books. For non-government organizations and individuals, we require a prepayment.

PRICES AND SHIPPING CHARGES: Prices are continuously changing due to currency changes, postal delivery, and problems that can occur on the suppliers' side. Specify which products you are interested in and the shipping methods we will immediately send the latest available information by the most convenient method to you. The usual method for answering information is by using e-mail (zhcartos@yahoo.com).

SHIPPING POLICIES: We shall send the book to you after receiving your order or payment within the days by your request or within one business week. Rush orders we can send on the day ordered. Please specify surface, SAL (air and surface), or air when placing your order. For overseas clients It will take about two weeks to reach you by airmail, or one month or a little longer to reach you by SAL, and around 3 months to reach you by surface.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept check, cash post from post office, or payment through bank. We accept US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, etc.

DISCOUNTS: Discounts are available for bookstore or the clients who purchase a large quantity of single copies or when purchasing more than 3 copies of the same product.

RETURNS: Any books may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping charges. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the clients. No returns will be accepted after 15 days from receipt of packages.
